#AskTheExpert Mam After my delivery till now i didn't get my periods back . Is this a matter for concern???

A. no concern you can wait till one year after delivery for your periods to occur till then no medication is needed just have good nutrition and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

A. Hi, No it is not a matter of concern . I got my period after 8 month and my sister got after 10 months. It is normal in case of exclusive breastfeeding dear. This is perfectly normal. Continue breastfeeding till 1 year and after. Start giving semi-solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
