#AskTheExpert madam my baby is three months old and on breastfeeding.from past twenty days I am suffering from severe hair fall can I use biotin tablet??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, you can take biotin tablet. Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy too.
Avoid stress.
Use wide teeth comb,
Have plenty of fluids.
Take protien rich diet. (sprouts, paneer, soyabean).
Use keratone hair oil mix with coconut oil and apply twice daily
Take healthy diet.

Yup You can have it also I would like to tell you it’s postpartum mostly a lot of people suffer with hair fall after their delivery so I’m going to tell you if you still are facing too much of hair fall then you can have these tablets for sure but you can have better medicines also after consulting your doctor so you go ahead with the consultation with your doctor that’s what I can tell you
