#AskTheExpert madam, breast milk is very less.i had ayurvedic medicine also but not increasing.what i can do for increasing beast milk.

A. it is the motivation of the mother that is important for having good breast milk you can take lot of water fruit juices milk everything you can take if you want some ayurvedic medicines no problem
