firstly take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as a breastfeeding mom it is very important. Have a healthy diet, take fibre and calcium rich food, iron rich food. Take adequate liquid like buttermilk am a fresh fruit juice made at home, water, coconut water and keep yourself hydrated. Always rest back and feed your baby. Expose yourself to sunlight for about 15 to 20 minutes in a day. Slowly walk around the house to keep yourself fit. Follow all this and you may have less hair fall. Hair fall will be there and it is a temporary Issue after delivery. So try to maintain hydrated and fit and be positive. Do not get stressed yourself.Write Your Answer Here
