A. Hi You didn’t tell me precisely as to when did you deliver your child so I can tell you that you should start working out after completing 6 to 8 months of your delivery not before that because till that time you exclusively breastfeeding the child also it’s not recommended to go for any kind of exercise or weight loss journey
