#AskTheExpert meri breastmilk supply low ho gyi h.. baby ki requirement fulfill ni ho rhi h.. kya kru? formula milk use ni Krna chahti hu. please help.

mam ,low milk supply caused by stress,poor latching or genes.
but as milk secretion work on demand and supply,I would suggest to offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
please make sure your child latches properly .
I mean ,the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your child Mouth.
avoid taking stress.
and I would suggest to take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day for this.
