Q.

#AskTheExpert last month I got my periods twice and this is the first time it happened. my age is 32 and I have hypothyroidism since 6 years . Can you please suggest me

A. if periods after 15 days but occurred only once no need to worry you need medication only if it is repeatedly occurring for 2 to 3 months. have good nutrition and proper rest

A. Hi mom Only once u got periods twice. This can be due to hormonal changes in body. So no need to worry. If u get it again then u need to consult with your doctor for the same for the proper diagnosis and treatment. Take care
