avoid unnecessary intake of sugar jaggery
each meal of the child should have a source of protein so dal paratha , cheela , paneer roti

isliye aap roti ke saat sabji or dal ,cerelac,porridge,sooji,dalia ,ragi or grain idly/dosa /roti bi de sakte hei.

Of course you can give it to the child there is no problem but you should prefer on a proper balance nutritious breakfast for the child and then lunch because jaggery Roti is sometimes if you give it it’s okay but it’s not a proper fulfilling food to be given
