it happens because of allergic reaction to dust,pollen, humidity etc
so please keep your child in well vantileted room
please keep the room temperature moderated
keep your child well hydrated
give few sips of warm water with pinch of salt, turmeric powder and two drops of ghee in 2 tbsp before sleep time
keep your child Head slightly elevated while sleeping
