#AskTheExpert it's hard to pass stool iam not able to pass stool without medicine after passing stool anal area puffed up..and it causes pain if stool is big it causes pain and anal puff up I can't able put stool softener ...plz help to recover from this prblm

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. unless you will take some stools softner are better take green leafy vegetables all seasonal fruits if the stool is hard naturally there will be pain the possibility of rectal mucosal prolapse and piles to be investigated
