#AskTheExpert it's been 3 months after delivery... I did not have my periods.. I have pcod also.. due to which I have a lot of pimpels on my face and periods are very important for me to get rid of pimpels... so what should I do?

A. hi parent please consult your doctor please consult an experienced ayurvedic physician as well use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 for drinking take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
