#AskTheExpert it has been 4 months since I gave birth via CS, I am now experiencing extreme hair fall. I understand that hair fall post birth is normal, but the amount of hair that is falling during bath, combing, n generally throughout the day is alarming! Kindly suggest what I should be doing.

Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Take almonds and cucumbers
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Massage regularly to increase blood circulation and reduce hair fall
