Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, I used satavar stick from local shop. I soaked 2-3 stick in night along with cashew almond and chhuhare and make milkshake in the morning by adding little sugar. Have it empty stomach for best results.

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Yeah! You can take of any brand. This will really help you as I personally used this and breastfed my son till 3 years. Have it for 10-12 days and stop and again if you feel, have it for 10-12 days. Feed from direct breast. Do massage daily.
