A. Baby acne usually develops about two to four weeks after birth. Tiny red or white bumps appear on the baby's cheeks, nose, and forehead. The cause is unknown. It typically clears up on its own in about three to 6 months without leaving marks.

A. See these small small pimples if they’re appearing in a group then that’s mostly due to some kind of a heat infection or heat rash that’s developing on the body of the child so probably I think it is just the heat that’s happening you can go ahead with using calamine lotion as of now
