Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! General speech which we use in day to day life (mother tongue) basic English can be easily grasped and repeated and can be understood at toddlers age.
So use your mother tongue basic language , giving simple commands like come,take,give,have .
Observe if Baby babbling along with simple one words responding to commands or recognizing familiar words (names, things,persons, giving eye contact).
At this age baby tends to speak 20-50 words .
After that you can teach phonics , puzzles, block games.
