They may pass stool once in 10 days ,or may pass 10 to 15 times a day in small quantities, golden yellow in colour froothy in nature.so nothing to worry till it associate with abdominal distension, lethargy.

Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve discomfort.
