#AskTheExpert is it normal for a baby to start teething soon after her fourth month? how do we know it's actually the teething process that has kicked in?

A. Hi. yes teething can sometimes start as early as 4-6 months. you can check for signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness in gums, loose motions and high temperature.
