#AskTheExpert Is feeding 1 Litre of chocolate milk shake (Horlicks/ Bournvita/ Boost) per day good for my kid? What are other alternatives of protein & calcium for little one. Coz the above mentioned things have too much sugars at this age.

total milk and milk products intake should not be more than 500 ml per day otherwise the intake of other nutritious food is affected
no health drink supplement is required a balanced diet with variety of food groups is sufficient to support growth
