Hi Whatever you prepare should be into semisolid consistency good amount of water and milk should be added to it apart from that I would like to tell you that you can start with vegetable purée vegetable soup fruit pumpkin soup mushroom and a mash potato all these things are healthy curd cheese and Paneer
