Q.

#asktheexpert inspite of taking Lactare 3 capsule in a day . I am not producing enough milk to feed my 2 month son. I want to breastfeed my son. plz help.

A. dear mum, have lots of fluids and water. foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. in case of problems, you can consult a lactation consultant.
