ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. you can just sit in a comfortable position for about 1 hour and they should be minimum 5 to 6 movements which indicates that maybe is totally healthy if you feel less than 3 movements you should consult with your doctor for examination once
