#AskTheExpert im pregnant. how can i come to know whether its a boy or a girl? and how to increase milk supply after birth as i had lower supply in my first pregnancy.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. according to pndt act it is prohibited to know the sex of the foetus . so you should never worry because boys and girls whatever it is every baby is beautiful regardless of his sex

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi parent In India , it's not legal to know the gender of the baby so please don't opt for such practice to improve breast milk , leptadene tablets are three which are ayurvedic and has very good results
