ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well in case of back pain you must sre an orthopedic ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stresssee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
