after my 1year of normal delivery,I still have my left side back pain, what it causes?... please tell me

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 months agoA. Ma’am you should do giggle exercises if you haven’t done from the time of birth that helps in tightening up the vagina muscles and also it is going to help in introducing the back pain I don’t know why do you have a back pain because in normal delivery there is no back pain till the time you do not take an epidural and if you did you should talk to your gynaecologist about it
