in case you are asymptomatic then continue as breastmilk contain lots of antibodies that build baby immunity and protects from all viral infections

And since this is also assumed that that baby is equally affected if his parents are. But since is not tested covid yet, you should ask the doctor guiding you if you can. Rest feed the baby.
