If I am found covid positive and breastfeeding my 5 month old baby will it affect my baby? #asktheexpert

but in case you are having cough or cold.. you need to sanitise your hands repeatedly..wear masks but never leave breastfeeding

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. As far as I am aware you can breastfeed. It's better to consult with your doctor and decide regarding the same. -You can have mild antibiotics for normal cold fever n all. Through breastmilk illness cannot pass through baby. So no chances of baby getting affedre
