but in case you are having cough or cold.. you need to sanitise your hands repeatedly..wear masks but never leave breastfeeding

It's better to consult with your doctor and decide regarding the same. -You can have mild antibiotics for normal cold fever n all. Through breastmilk illness cannot pass through baby. So no chances of baby getting affedre
