Q.

If I am found covid positive and breastfeeding my 5 month old baby will it affect my baby? #asktheexpert

A. if you have no sign and symptoms then there's nothing to worry about.. but in case you are having cough or cold.. you need to sanitise your hands repeatedly..wear masks but never leave breastfeeding

A. As far as I am aware you can breastfeed. It's better to consult with your doctor and decide regarding the same. -You can have mild antibiotics for normal cold fever n all. Through breastmilk illness cannot pass through baby. So no chances of baby getting affedre
