A. s u can feed ...it boosts immune system even for babies

A. Yes you can. There is no harm in taking vaccine while breastfeeding. It is not documented but studies says that it will protect your child also from Covid symptoms.

A. yes u can Covid vaccination like covishield/ covaxin in the breastfeeding mothers can be given very safely . According to the latest guidelines issued by healthy ministry pregnant women can also be now safely given the current available vaccines . so they can also register at covin app. Minor complications like fever lethargy pain at injection site can be handled safely by taking paracetamol . Presently children are not included in this list. Mothers can feed their childg as soon as required after the vaccination very safely with no side effects in the child
