A. hi if there is no cold and cough ,give sponge bath to reduce the temperature. if child is younger than 6 Months ,you should offer plenty of breastfeeds. and if a child is older than 6 Months age ,give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 5 hours. measure the temperature if it is 100f or above and it remains same or remains for more than 3 days,you must consult your pediatrician.
