#AskTheExpert iam having 2 months old baby.. Looks like my milk supply has reduced.. Can i give formula milk along with breast milk

Dear Mother yes definitely formula milk can be given along with the breast milk there is no harm in it and also to increase your milk supply you need to start adding jira in your daily diet you can make a mixture of jaggery and jira sautéed in ghee and happy to regularly with hot glass of milk this can give you good supplyWrite Your Answer Here
