#AskTheExpert i was getting left side lower abdomen pain while pregnant and it was paining so much while sleeping and turning from one side to other, even now I am experiencing same pain , the pain gets more when I sleep rest while walking their will be light pain. Some times it pains and sometimes it won't it will be like ON and OFF pain

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear That might have happened due to stretching of the round ligament and now it will be going back to its original state. So try using an abdominal support belt ,don’t tie to too tightly
