#Ask the Experts I am 13 weeks pregnant and m getting heart palpitation and my left side lower back is paining.

It could be because of hormonal changes that you’re feeling that way and anxiety will also add upon the palpitations but if it is getting too much then consult a physician and also inform that you’re pregnant

Low back/pelvic pain
It is very common to experience this during pregnancy. For me it began at 13-14 weeks, this is the time we get a surge in the hormone relaxin. Relaxin is a wonderful hormone, which increases the motion in your pelvis, allowing your uterus to expand.
