Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have Shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and ldo have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning. and increase the intake of garlic ginger nd green leaves vegetables.
