Hi. yes babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. hardened and swollen gums is a sign for teething phase.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Use Babyhug teether. Continue breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
