Hello ma’am I would advise you to start with rice Dal water followed by Khichdi porridge mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup you can go for all kind of fruits available in the market on room temperature apart from that you can go for Suji Kheer Suji Upma ragi oats Paneer curd all these things are very healthy to be fed on an everyday
