#AskTheExpert i think, whenever I drink water with carom seeds, fennel seeds and cumin seeds, my breastfed baby is is pooping frequently. Is it because of carom seeds? Last time, the poop was mucussy.

as a lactating mother take care of your diet..
keep yourself well hydrated
avoid oily and spicy food
