#AskTheExpert I still look 6 months pregnant and my baby is 5months old. I had emergency c section at 35 weeks. I got my periods last month and my weight is 6kgs above my pre pregnancy weight. looking at my tummy, I feel I have diastis recti. Should I be worried?

ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. hi mom diastasis rectify may resolve spontaneously 6 to 12 months after delivery .. u can consult with surgeon for proper exercise .. if it doesn't correct then u can go for surgery
