Q.

#asktheexpert I m mother of 3.5 month baby boy, i m not able to breastfeed my baby due to no milk supply, since I feed him formula milk . is there any chances that it affects my little one health? I tried hard for producing milk supply but nothing can work ,I tried shatavari, healofy mother's tea , tab lactare but still not getting solution what should I do? please help

A. hi. you can take shatavari kalp to increase breast mikk supply.. also if no improvement tgsn, good to meet ur gynec for the same . all the best.
