#AskTheExpert i m in 17 weeks of pregnancy suffering from disturbed sleep and sometimes insomnia, kindly suggest something pls

A. A lot of these problems are common with women due to various issues in the body so what you can do currently is that you can go ahead with meditating well before you go to sleep in the night that’s certainly going to be helpful and when you go to sleep just to train your mind practice in your mind that I am feeling very sleepy I am too tired I just need to sleep because when you train your mind to do what you want to do the brain actually Reacts in the same manner so that you can do still if you’re failing to sleep properly and facing similar issue then you should consult your doctor
