#asktheexpert I’m exclusive pumping mom tried to latch several times with help of lactation team but still could not achieve it. So I do exclusive pumping and feed him my milk throughout the day though I pump every 2-3 hrs at times I face milk engorgement at times wat can I do to avoid this

A. hi mom hydrate yourself well keep massaging the breast gently 2 to 3 times in a day have good proteins seek doctors advise for the same
