A. You need to increase your nutritious food more plus use natural content based products of mamaearth for your hair. Mamaearth onion hair mask and onion oil are quite good.

A. Hairfall after delivery is common due to lot of hormonal changes in the body. To reduce it, eat protein and iron rich foods alongwith plenty of fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like olive or coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
