PERUGU DIVYA NAGAMom of a 4 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. if you don't have any other complications you have to do minimum 45 minutes of walk and atleast some time to spend to use the stair case safely this will give you strength for the normal delivery of your baby and some exercises too.this helped me alot for the safe delivery of my baby
