Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. as far as possible better to avoid medicines for relieving constipation you can take green leafy vegetables good source of fibre and all seasonal fruits adequate water if still there is problem consult your doctor

It's lexatibe and considered safe during pregnancy but one should take it after prescription
you can take haritaki (harde) tablets (one table with warm. water )
consult experienced vaidya to get rid of this issue
