#AskTheExpert I m 30 weeks pregnant.. my hands especially the palm are getting numb.. is there any remedy to get rid of this ??

Most likely it is B complex deficiency but it is always better to get evaluated because it is unlikely that during pregnancy you will have numbness of the hands. take any medicine without doctor prescription.
