#asktheexpert I'm 18 weeks pregnant. I have cold , headache and nasal congestion and trouble to breathe normally. please suggest me what to do?

A. Hi dear Put nasal saline drops to unblock nose. Take steam 2-3 times in a day. Apply vicks on the chest and nose to get relief from cold. Drink tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day. Take care
