Q.

#AskTheExpert I have twins both of them used to talk in their language but now 1 twin just keeps shouting and the other twin smiles and is quiet. should I be concerned?

A. it is ok .Speech is a process takes time to become proper . Initially only say some words . You should talk more with baby and decrease any type of screen time specially mobile screen and T. V. Also help of any speech therapist can be taken for same .
