Q.

#AskTheExpert i have stopped Breast feeding my baby from past 12 days.. i want to feed now my baby but seems milk supply is decreased.. please suggest to relactation.

A. as soon as the child begins to suck the cycle starts again and then the milk formation begins again so just wait and watch and yes drink plenty of water and milk and also meet your doctor will prescribe you medicines for helping in in more milk formation

A. good afternoon if you're looking for relactation I would recommend that you should try to have Himalaya shatavari it is a very good supplement you can have it along with milk twice in a day
