#AskTheExpert I have recently given birth baby on 2oct21 by c-section delivery..till I'm having periods..how long does it last?

No need to worry
Give adequate feeding
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Maintain hygiene
