ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. it is caused due to high level of pregnancy hormones usually fade within a few months of delivery.
You can apply aloe vera jel.have plenty of fluids, and Maintain healthy diet and hygine.
You can apply lemon juice on the melasma spots and gently rub it for two to three minutes everyday.
