Q.

#AskTheExpert I have pain in fool body spclly in the joint.and also muscular pain.unable to do household work .also unable to do all the work of baby..I asked the doctor they gave me calcium.

A. better to get proper investigations like hemoglobin vitamin d level calcium level. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

A. hi yes it happens because of calcium deficiency so please take iron and calcium supplements both as per your doctor's prescription avoid drinking RO water as it can lead to such deficiencies take milk and milk based products more, Ragi, nuts, etc take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
