Q.

#asktheexpert I have lost weight after my cesarean delivery upto 20kgs. I have decreased from 70 to 50 kgs. Is it good if the weight is reduced to this much.

A. hello mom have a healthy diet and have all food groups also include homemade curd paneer and white butter to the diet of the child and have three big and three meals a day in the diet
